Is there a way to do a mget (from Vax to PC) of multiple files?

I thought it would be mget *.*;* *.* but I get can't find local
file and it sometimes hangs up. It looks like the version # is
causing problems.

As a future enhancement, would it be possible that quit or q be
recognized as an option when going through a mget/mput interactive
list of file names? If it is there already, my apologies
