Just so the NCSA people know, here is the info I get from the domain name
system:

This implies that either (a) the domain server for ncsa.uiuc.edu is wrong,
or (b) the second IP interface (128.174.25.50) is down.  I can ping
128.174.20.50, but not 128.174.25.50.

Is this what they call in the business a "probable network error"?
