Try NNStat/statspy.  THere is a file named pub/NNStat.tar.Z available for
anonymous FTP from host venera.isi.edu.  See also pp 200-209 in 1988
ACM SIGCOMM proceedings.

There is a person named Kannan at Ohio State who has played extensively
with statspy.
