I understand that you maintain a "scorecard" comparing the various
PCIP implementations and I was wondering if you would be so kind as
to send me a copy?  It would help me out a lot when I go to talk to
people on campus about which TCP package they ought to use for their
environment and needs.  Thanks in advance...
