I have available an executable version of a COCOMO tool that was developed and 
written on a VAX under VMS (runs on 4.4-5.1). I will be more than happy to put 
it into MFTU format* and mail it to whomever wants it.

the DECUS tapes in the [UUCP...] directory tree)
