Why that is, well, that hasn't been settled. Certainly, the fact that little shareware is distributed on the net might be one reason for it. Another might be that people are not aware of what shareware really is. Another reason might be that somebody told them "Oh, don't pay for it!" and people opt not to pay for it rather than have to listen to those petty justifications. My mailbox, by the way, Tom, shows me that you know as much about how the net, whose members you presume to speak for, as you do about the shareware business. That is, virtually nothing.
