Message-ID: <90064.233116MSR113@psuvm.psu.edu> Date: 6 Mar 90 04:31:16 GMT Organization: Penn State University Lines: 18 Hi all! I have a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can help me with. 1. Does anyone know where I can get a good Ramdisk program? I have one now, but it only creates a 64k disk, and I'd rather have about 360-450k. 2. Also, could someone please tell me how I can find out what type of encoding system my harddisk uses? I have a 20 meg Seagate, don't know the number, and I want to get another 40 meg drive, but I can't get it without knowing what type of encoding the controller uses. I'm almost positive it's MFM, but could it be RLL? Is there a sure way to find out? Thanks in advance! Matt ************************************************************************ * Matthew S.
