A month ago, on January 28th, I mailed an order to CATS for the 1.3
NDU and the Programmer's Toolkit.

I havn't received anything yet. As a matter of fact, the check hasn't even
been cashed yet!

Is this sort of delay normal?

Is there a phone number I can call to check on the status of my order?
