Many pirate groups put out compilations of these disks periodically with the latest versions of the (commercial in the most part) copiers and other things (utilities, games, etc). In this case, System Z copier disk is indeed filled with copyrighted copiers, etc., since System Z is a pirate group (though they've never really "cracked" anything that I'm aware of). Discover Software, who published Marauder II, is now defunct, so I am not sure how this would affect its status as being commercial or PD, depending on who held the copyright.
