A) 128K Apple //e at 1mhz (or at 4mhz - ZIP) B) Using ProTERM 2.1 C) Apple-brand Super Serial Card (every switch setting possible) SW-1 DDDDUUU SW-2 UUDUUUD A second question would be, does anyone, Apple or otherwise, make a faster serial interface card; possible one with an on-board processor and/or buffer. I tried speeding up the SSC slot but it won't work above 1 mhz. The problem seems to be Apple//e + SSC specific as IIgs owners run the Hayes VSM9600 and proTERM through the serial port with no problems at 19.2K Thanks in advance... and if you DO run this hardware configuration at 19.2K PLEASE tell me if you are using a straight RS-232 cable (pin to pin), your INIT string as well as your SSC settings.
