AG says the only way to really know you have good connections is to do a continuity check of each pin. All reports that I've read on genie indicate that it's a pain to get seated. If you verify all pins and it still doesn't work, I'd suspect the PALS. You can mail them to AG or send them email on genie if you have an account. Good luck. I'm still waiting on my PCD III.
