HELP!

I have recently tried to install the 10Base5 (NI) driver on my 3B2 310.  At the
end of the installation I am asked to type in the last 4 numbers of the 
Ethernet Card address.  Does anyone out there know how I can find this number
out?  My machine tends to crash if I type in the wrong number.
