The works. I saw your reply via uucp, but my reply back to you was bounced back and ended up in daemon. I will try and send another via uucp, but it was with the 'r' command and it should have rerouted it back. Anyway, it is running with BinkleyTerm/Opus/Qmailer. I have been having no luck having the Unix side dial in and invoke uuslave. BinkleyTerm for some reason will not take the command to invoke the external mail errorlevel I have defined. I can do it by hand and have BinkleyTerm drop to uuslave and I get to the 'Shere'. . . but when I tell the Unix ssystem to do it, BinkleyTerm won't recognize it. And if you've ever tried to get an L.SYS to work in Unix, you know what a pain that can be. Otherwise, it is working pretty well. Was really happy when the first bundle of newfeeds came in and posted in to Opus. That was a happy moment. You poll your manually though right? You don't have a uucp system poll you, is this right as I remember? Also, you suggested I write something about my experiences of bring up UFGate. Um, you think anyone would want to see it? david hughes --- QECHO/Ommm with QuickBBS V2.64 * Origin: The CS-DEPOT BBS System (719)550-9305 (1:128/58) ------------------------------ Date: 03-01-90 (11:10) To: ALL Subject: LPQ03 DOCS From: ANNETTE MISKIMENS I have just acquired a used LQP03 printer with no manual. The switches have been changed -- the previous owner was trying to get it to work on a differen computer. It was working fine on the Rainbow before this took place but I need to know how to reset the switches properly. I would really like to have documentation for this printer. If anyone has a manual available or one to copy, I would appreciate hearing from you. At the moment, however, the switch settings are my prime concern.
