As a software developer, I'm looking for the following information on the
types of graphics cards installed in the world's PCs.

- What percentage of all machines use CGA, EGA, VGA, Hercules or just
  monochrome text?  
- I am willing to support EGA, VGA and Hercules graphics standards, but
  how many machines will I be ignoring?
