According to Borland's sysops on CompuServe, no official announcement
has been made.  Speculation about a Turboc C 3.0 in the trade papers may
be inspired by beta testers breaking their non-disclosure agreements.
Borland still seems to be adamant that the leaks are not from official
sources (i.e., conscious, purposeful disclosure to trade journalists).
