	VPic 2.4, a shareware package, does that conversion (as well as the
reverse) and many more.  I would highly recommend it.  I got it off of
SIMTEL20 in either PD1:<MSDOS.GRAPHICS> or PD1:<MSDOS.GIF>, I don't
remember which, although it makes a bit more sense that it was MSDOS.GIF.
