		I need info regarding the HW/SW needed to start and run a
	BBS.  It will be small and local, but I do not know the first thing
	about how to set up a BBS.  Please make your answers simple and
	specific as to what I will need.  I wish to include the following
	features:
		1.  General Postings - News to all.
		2.  E-Mail - Individual & Mailing Lists.
		3.  Network Connectivity - (Have to find a willing host.)
		4.  Upload & Download of files - Optional (but nice to have).

	Please E-mail all resonses ASAP (As Soon As Practical)!
