Message-ID: <225.25ebe041@ubvms.cc.buffalo.edu> Date: 28 Feb 90 19:29:20 GMT Organization: Academic Computing Services, University at Buffalo Lines: 16 Help! I'm considering picking up a laptop for use as a sec{ndary machine, i.e., for using outside, on trips, etc. Problem is, I can't afford too much. I was looking at the Toshiba T1000. But with only 1 drive, what are the limitations? Is this a mistake? I use WORD 5.0, and will primarily, if not solely, use the laptop for wordprocessing (i.e., my dissertation). Can Word 5.0 run on this machine? Is it a dead end? Any info would be helpful. Pleasepost here or email to me at V193EVNB@UBVMSD via Bitnet, or the above address. Thanks, Peter
