I am considering the purchase of a laptop computer to connect to
thin-wire ethernet.  Has anyone tried using one of the ethernet
addapters that conect to printing ports. and if so, running PC-NFS
with it.

If this has been tried and found wanting.  Is there another way to
do this.  Using the network disks for storage.
