I am seeking recommendations for an inexpensive (a relative term :-)
uni*x box (68010 or 68020, 68881 math chip, 2M ram, 30M hard disk)
with hardware/software sufficiently "known" that it can support things
like
	TeX (usually found as 4.3 BSD compatible source files)
	dvi previewers (tougher, maybe X-windows or postscript)
		(decent high resolution multisync screen)
	languages (FORTRAN, C, gcc fine)
	un*x like os (the closer the better)- single user-multitasking ok
	software support for HP laserjet, deskjet or 
		Apple laserwriter(preferred)
	ethernet availability would be nice (but not required)

I'm not tied to 680x0 but prefer it. Something in the '386 line would
be ok as long as it's not bound to DOS (os/2 whatever). This is for a
friend who is accustomed to 4.3 BSD UNIX and not otherwise what one
would call a computer-hacker. Any recommendations (vendor, address or
phone, $$ guesstimate) would be welcome (please reply by e-mail if
