My sister is trying to combine a music writing program "Music
Publisher" and an HP inkjet printer.  The output is fine on the
screen, and on a LaserWriter, but on the HP printer the notes are
jagged, presumably because the printer wants bitmap fonts at 4x size.

Is there a good source for the necessary fonts?  Should I recommend
that she get FontSizer and try to extract the bitmaps from a
LaserWriter?
