I purchased one of these drives over a year ago.  I use it for backups and as 
an online disk.  I have had no problems.  Mine is fast, but I understand the 
newer ones are faster (20ms vs 25ms I think).  The tech support there is very 
good too, I used them to explain the termination I would need when installing 
the drive.
