I just got the SAMS 1990 catalog a couple weeks ago, and under Apple they
only list:

  Apple II & //e
  Apple //c
  Disk II
  Monitor ///
  Monochrome monitor
  Imagewriter
  Imagewriter II

No mention of Macintosh.....  At any rate the address is:
