Canada Lines: 21 Hi, I'm just getting started with MPW Pascal and Mac programming and I'm having a hard time figuring out how units work with Pascal with makefiles and linking. The Pascal manual doesn't seems too helpful, but maybe I just don't know where to look. I would appreciate any help in answering my specific question or in any good references for finding out the answer myself. Here is my question: Unit A uses Unit B. Unit C wants to use Unit A, but wants A to use a different implementation of Unit B (interface is the same). Is it possible to link, use makefiles, etc. to substitute a different implementation of Unit B without affecting the contents of Unit A, or the original Unit B ? Note: Unit A, and both B's are my own creations. Thanks, Katherine ------ Katherine Franklin franklin@uvicctr.uvic.ca University of Victoria franklin@uvunix.bitnet Victoria, BC, Canada
