Has anyone heard rumors regarding the second book (after the
_Macintosh Programming Primer_) promised by David Mark and Cartwright
Reed...? It was supposed to go into Color Quickdraw -- and, I
imagine (hope) they would tackle the object extensions in Think
C 4.0.

Failing that, has anyone some pointers to a tutorial on these
subjects?
