I read the same article. I was suprised that Apple hasn't threatened with legal action. Didn't they threaten to sue some IBM-PC developers a couple of years back when they created a software clone of the Mac Toolbox running under MS-Windows? It might have been before Windows and they may have been after them for look and feel violations. I just don't remember. Does any one else?
