According to Apple's look-and-feel, you can write some code which works like DrawMenuBar, i.e. draws a menu bar. BUT... It can't LOOK like what Apple's DrawMenuBar does. And I assume that ISN'T what this company did. And if they implemented Color QuickDraw, they've got to prove they didn't use the NuPrometheus code. Looks like Apple is going to hire some more lawyers.
