I have a problem sublaunching from an INIT. It seems I follow all the
guidelines for sublaunching (tn 126), but when my patch to
getnextevent decides it is time to sublaunch an application, sometimes
the sublaunch crashes the whole thing.  I checked the launch-record I
give to _launch and everything looks the same for the applications
which succeeds to sublauch and other that crash the computer. Are
there any limitations/known bugs for sublaunching from a patch?
