How do you set the NeXT up to do software printer accounting.  I was told
by a local person that I could just run <pac> and it would work.  When
I do this, I'm told that that accounting is not turned on for printer
"Local_printer".  How do I turn it on?  Another question: do I have
to be using NetInfo for accounting to work?  Thanks in advance.
