Recently I got a copy of the program DVIDVI which does some manipulations
with dvi files in order to separate them for double sided printing and other
fancy stuff. 

The problem is that the only explanation on how to use it comes in a README
file, which simply BAD. It is in fact the worst piece of documentation I
ever laid my hands on. There is no author names or any other references except
the name Radival Eye Software in the copyright.

My question is: Does anybody has a manual page for this software ? I am in
desperate need of one.
