 I have fonts for typesetting APL in .tfm and .pl format, but my system 
 (an Imagen dinosaur, I have access to a Postscript printer, but my dvi2ps
 doesn't put in the APL stuff from the .tfm and .pl descriptions, either)
 will not oblige me with printed output unless I have .____pxl files.

 Is there any way to go from the .pl and .tfm description to .pxl format???

 I am naive (but learning) in the area of fonts, and have been able to
 produce TeX/LaTeX documents fine until now. I am at a loss as to what to
 do, so *any* helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
