Is there a UNIX for [34]86-based PCs that looks like BSD from the perspective of
all of the following:

   A) The User
   B) The Programmer
   C) The System Administrator

It is not essential that I be able to run DOS programs from within the UNIX
environment, but I'd like to be able to access a DOS partition from UNIX and
vice-versa.
