Message-ID: <1990Mar1.005855.1664@aucs.uucp> Date: 1 Mar 90 00:58:55 GMT Organization: Acadia University - School of Computer Science Lines: 16 Our Sun-4 has been acting up over the last 3 weeks, most of the time it just locks up and must be reset. I noticed that when doing a df command it lists the swap space as follows: Filesystem kbytes used avail capacity Mounted on /dev/xy0e 120753 120724 0 111% /export/swap My question is this: Does Sun-OS allocate this space and use it on demand, or do we have a swap space problem? There are 2 Sun 3\60's using the Sun-4 as their file server. Thanks in advance Barry
