Does anyone know how I can hold of ksh source?

Also- For anyone who uses Interactive's 386/ix and have also use an 8514/A
(or compatable) display controller w/ a 34010 : What do you use for device
drivers?  Does anyone know of a device driver specifically written for the
8514/A?  I am looking for one that I can use from C and Assembly- I'm not
using X-Windows.
