Help !!!

We have Xenix 386 and a Powerlan Network (Net-bios Type).  Has anyone
interegrated the two together.  I was thinking of using ftp software to join
the two together.  But is there ftp software for a netbios network.  We will be
upgrading our Xenix system to SCO Unix in the near future, so cost is a factor 
now.  Also is it worth while to purchase Xenix-Net ?  Will it work with
SCO Unix ?
