A few days later I got an email message about them not being ready yet. About a month later, they came in the mail. Mabee the person who was mailing them left Sun? [...] I've managed to get all my NeWS 1.1 stuff running under OpenWindows, and even ported much of it to tNt, but there are still lots of bugs. Worst of all, the server is _s_l_o_w_. Sun claims that the "officially ready for prime-time" version will be out in June, but that may be too late. Besides, they claimed that the X/NeWS server would be ready in "Spring 1988" - look in the NeWS Technical Overview. -- Name: Christopher J.
