I've noticed a couple of problems with the "make install" portion 
of the R4 installation

1) twm - TWMDIR is not created and system.twmrc is not placed there

2) Xhp - this executable needs to be set-gid to the owner of 
/usr/spool/sockets/X11 (normally "bin")

Can anyone indicate which files I should change so that these steps
are taken care of automagically?
