This is #12323 on my list of stupid questions but here goes .....

Background: X11R4 on Sun 3's compiled with cc and fix-1 and fix-2

Problem: When running xfd -fn 6x13 I get the following message.
 Warning: Cannot convert string "100#####################################
#############" to type Short

I have obviously overlooked something. Can someone tell me where this is
coming from (Converters...)  and how I might fix/get rid of it?
