The only documention that I currently know of is "Athena Widget Set - C Language
Interface" written by yours truely.

This is the reference document that comes on the X11R4 tape.  I don't know of
anyone else who has published an Xaw book, but I have heard rumblings from at
least one company that they intend to do so.  I will let them comment further if
they choose to do so.
