I cannot seem to get TWM to handle installation of colormaps based on the
WM_COLORMAP_WINDOWS properly.

If I set the property on the top level window after the window has been
mapped, TWM ignores it.  If I set the property before the window has been
mapped, TWM core dumps with a segmentation violation as soon as I move the
mouse into the window.

Ideas ?  Sample code would be greatly appreciated.
