this is just a short note to tell you that Turbo Braille will
increase its price starting on March 1, 1990.  The price will be
raised from $195 to $249.  If you nottify me of your intent to
buy before then, I will give you the old price, even though you
have not sent in your money yet.  We also accept Visa and
