You have all the equipment and intelligence needed.  Why not write
magazine articles on the various aspects of brain damage.  Articles
for professional journals on the inner feelings, emotions, and social
interaction.  Articles for doctors on the fears, concerns, and needs
of the brain damaged individual.

You do not need to interact very much and your bitchy side can be
edited out the next day.  Give it a try.
