I could not find this in the documentation anywhere: sorry.
     
I would like to set upo a captive account which would have a NEWS reading
option only: I do NOT want users logged in to this account to be able to
POST news items (because you would not know who they came from in reality).
     
Is there a switch like /READONLY or /NOPOST which could be used?  eg. News
invoked with $NEWS/NOPOST would not allow newsitem posting.
