I have it available for anonymous ftp here at umn-cs.cs.umn.edu
[128.101.224.1] as ~ftp/pub/news/nn6.4beta.tar.Z.  Getting it from
dkuug.dk is not a fast process; for most sites here in America it
will be much easier to get it from here over the next couple of days.
