Howdy!
   Let's try this again..does anyone know what the proper
method is of initiating a group such as sci.bio.marine? 
There have been lots of motions in this newsgroup toward
the formation of such a beastie...we just need to figure out
how to do it. Suggestions? (In case it isn't clear, I 
"fifth" or "sixth" the motion for sci.bio.marine formation)
