	Tim, that _is_ the name of the article; it didn't appear in any
journal.  If you study computer science, I'll bet your faculty library
has it; I found it that way.  Look for title Roberts in the technical
reports section or whatever.. I could try to find the code and send it
to you (hm, those addresses :-), but to use it you should get
the article, I guess.

	To repeat, the title is
