Hello, all.
I am new to Forth, and I have several questions:
1.Which is the latest standard? Last I heard was Forth-83. Is there a newer
  one?
2.Is there a PD implementation of that standard for the PC? Is it available on
  the net? (FTP, Listserv, whatever)
3.What is a good book to learn Forth? I have a strong systems programmming
  background (C, 8086 assembler)
