 Sorry, it was moved offline due to lack of interest.  Lance
 Collins' CP/M Forth system is still available for downloading if
 you're interested.  See ECFB directory #18.

 If you're really stuck and need CP/M F83, let me know and I'll
 move it back online for a while.
