If you are having troubles importing a particular EPS file into dvips,
make sure that file does not contain binary.  Many of the bug reports
I receive with this complaint are due to the desired EPS file containing
binary data---usually a symptom is that the file will print correctly
on a Mac or PC, but will not on a NeXT.
