This morning I copied xps from prep.ai.mit.edu and compiled it on my
Color Sun 3 running SunOS 3.5 and X11R4-Beta.  It compiled without 
problems (using cc not gcc).  When I run any of the examples all I ever
get is a black window.  xps seems to be doing something but showpage will
also show a completely black window.

Any suggestions?
